What started off as an idea on Saturday, was done and dusted by Thursday.

The website is really simple and non-intrusive like some other sites when trying to get a valuation. Whilst it isn't immediate, I found most of the immediate ones over value to hook you in - then expect you to list any damage with them adjusting the value each time.

Michael got in touch, friendly, honest, transparent, no pressure, few simple questions and arranged to view the car - wastes no ones time as asked the right questions that left both of us clear.

He came to view the car in line with Covid restrictions - confirmed everything and explained the next steps clearly. No gimmicks to get you in front of him then knocking money off the value he initially gives.

An offer later the same day with really clear steps on what was next but no pressure, asked us to get in touch with him if we wanted to go ahead. No hassle like the constant emails from similar national companies.

I had further questions which Michael was able to clarify quickly and simply.

The offer was generous, it was in line with market value but Michael's able to put more money in your pocket because he's not paying for celebrities to feature in radio and tv adverts.

He arrived when he said he would and everything was completed within 45 minutes (and to be fair most of that time was spent chatting). No laborious paperwork, simply paid off the finance settlement and sorted out the transfer to a dealer and we were done.

I'd highly recommend Michael - really genuine guy, local and pleased with the outcome and most of all - he goes out his way to make things easy for the customer rather than himself!
